    Welcome to Morris Land and Cattle LLC (operating as Morris Land Clearing). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website located at MorrisLandClearing.com.

Our services, website, and SMS programs are not directed to, nor intended for use by, individuals under the age of 18. If you are under 18, you may not use this website or submit any information through our forms.

    3. Services and Estimates

    Morris Land and Cattle LLC provides land clearing, forestry mulching, and related services. Any estimates provided through this website are preliminary and subject to a mandatory on-site assessment by Jared or an authorized representative. Final pricing and timelines will be established in a separate written service agreement.

    4. SMS & Text Messaging Program

    By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive transactional text messages from Morris Land and Cattle LLC regarding your estimate request and project details. Message frequency may vary based on your project's status.

    • Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode or number you received the message from. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
    • Help: If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or reach out directly to jared@morrislandclearing.com or 636-246-3630.
    • Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
    • Rates: As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. For questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
    • Privacy: For privacy-related inquiries, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

    5. Intellectual Property

    The content, organization, graphics, design, and other matters related to the Site are protected under applicable copyrights and other proprietary laws, including but not limited to intellectual property laws. The copying, redistribution, or publication by you of any such matters or any part of the Site is strictly prohibited.

    6. Limitation of Liability

    Morris Land and Cattle LLC shall not be liable for any damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the services, even if Morris Land and Cattle LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

    7. Governing Law

    These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
